Babyboy has been having a fever for two days. It's too heart-breaking for me to see him on bed holding his pillows with cheeks bright red from the heat inside his body. He's usually very active, jumping and running the whole day, but now he's just lying all day. He kept asking me,"Mama, can I have some ice cream when I get well? Can I have some candies? Can I have big blue cotton-candies?" Baby, you can have anything you want when you get well. He was such a nice boy at the doctor, asking many questions to her, "What's that? What's this for?", though he didn't like it when the doctor examined his throat. "I didn't like it! I didn't like it!" he screamed. This morning when he woke up, he crawled to me and held me tight as if he wanted to say that he didn't want me to go to the office. My heart was broken in half when he refused his milk bottle, he usually likes milk very much. Now he's sleeping after having the medicines. Oh what a good baby you are, drinking them all without much fuss. I hold him tight from time to time, feeling his body heat transferred to my body, hoping that his illness be transferred as well, hoping that his illness be transferred as well, hoping that his illness be transferred as well, hoping that his illness be transferred to me. I just want to see his face lightens up when he sees the blue cotton candy that I'll buy for him.
